Our client wants to build an Office Building that has several functions, namely as a Kusemas Bank on the 1st Floor, On the 2nd Floor is the Director's Room, Deputy Director, Meeting Room and Lounge, On the 3rd Floor as the Property Office and Marketing Kusemas Property, On the 4th Floor is a co- working space. Equipped with Rooftop facilities as a cafe and skyb bar. This facade takes a golden color because it symbolizes glory, success. The skin facade uses Metal Cutting made of brass.
