The Garuda Wisnu Serasi Open Stage was built on the needs of the artist community in Tabanan, which did not yet have a forum for artistic expression, including dance, mass choreography, and music. With an open garden setting, it gives a different viewing experience from the beautiful building. With the backdrop of the Garuda Statue which is made by skilled hands by Balinese artists, giving a strong artistic touch. The Open Stage also has a dressing and dressing room for performers. If an art performance is held at night, the Garuda Wisnu Statue has lighting that can change according to the atmosphere of the show.
